Advantage Books Raving Fans is a company wide initiative aimed at providing positively outrageous service to our authors and customers. In fact, we are aiming to make your experience so great that we are hoping you will become our strongest advocates.
The theory goes like this: Customers who have a positively outrageous experience with a company are so enthused that they tell their friends and family, i.e., they become "Raving Fans."
